By accessing or using Tiny Resorts ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Tiny Resorts only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information when creating an account or booking
• Attempt to circumvent the booking or payment systems
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform

3. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the property manager. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.

Cancellation policies vary by property. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your chosen property before completing your booking. Tiny Resorts is not responsible for losses arising from cancellations.

4. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Treat the property and its contents with respect
• Comply with all property rules communicated by the host
• Not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in your booking
• Report any damage or issues to the property manager promptly

5. Pricing and Fees

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices include the nightly rate, conservation fee, and service fee as shown at checkout. Tiny Resorts reserves the right to update pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will honour the price at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Tiny Resorts or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tiny Resorts acts as a booking facilitator and is not liable for the actions or omissions of property managers or guests. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Resorts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
