When you make a booking, we collect the dates of your stay, the number of guests, and any special requests you include in your reservation.

• To process and confirm your bookings
• To send you booking confirmations and updates via email
• To verify your identity through one-time passwords (OTP)
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• To improve our platform and personalise your experience

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with property managers to facilitate your booking, and with service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as email delivery services).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Tiny Resorts, our users, or the public.

We use a single session cookie (tr_token) to keep you signed in. This cookie is httpOnly and expires after 7 days. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We retain your account information and booking history for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
